BellaDolla Pullip Doll Petunia

This is lovely Petunia. She is a BellaDolla custom Pullip. I got her nude with wig, new from her creator. Then I made her hair band, dress, and tights. Bought her matching purse and shoes. Her original violet/light purple color scheme was kept, her outfit set, inspired by her original outfit which I didn’t buy for saving funds. When I made her outfits, I had a lil flower faery in mind. So, here she is, in her wondrous demure glory and her sweet pensiveness. I love her so much that I wrote a poem only for her 🧚🤩🥰❤️💕

Beautiful Kitasin Pullip

July 2021, I finally adopted a custom Pullip from the wonderful artist Kitasin. Been admiring his work for a long time and feel so fortunate to own a doll by him! Below is a photo of the beautiful girl taken by Kitasin.

The reason I fell in love with this particular girl is that her face up looks so very much like my much younger self, although her original hair and eyes don’t. Kitasin is so kind that he is okay with me changing her wig and eyes—thank you so so much Kitasin! I have kept her original everything so she can still be back to her original design ❤️ I love her so much and bought her a lot more beautiful outfits 🥰

I just can’t have enough of her! 🤩😻💕

Custom Pullip by Solar Senshi

Somewhere in the latter half of 2020, I saw a second-hand custom Pullip doll eBay. It was just mysteriously calling to me. So, I had to get her. It turned out that the artist is a very well-known customizer in the Pullip doll circle and this particular one was one of her earlier works, although at the time I had no idea. The Ob27 body that she came with was floppy so I put her on my still new Ob27 body. Then came the phase when I would like my dolls to reflect more true-to-life and healthier body shape. So, I switched her body a second time and put her head on a Barbie MTM Curvy body. For being a brunette myself and loving the brunette look, I switched her old wig to a brunette wig. Her old acrylic eyes were yellowing, so I put a set of CoolCat bicolor gradient eyes to match her eyelid color. Also made her a new dress and bought her a pair of CoolCat boots. LOVE the result -- later on I learned that some artists do not like their original work touched in anyway whatsoever -- luckily, the artist herself posted that she would be okay if the changes are announced, which I have detailed in this post. Solar Senshi, I LOVE your artwork. Thank you for your beautiful art and generous heart!
