Pullip My Melody Pink
My Melody Pink also came home! I love everything about her! 😍💓
This made my other pastel girl, Sherbet, very happy! 🥰
My Christmas Gift
Before we knew it, it was Christmas 2020! Everything was so uncertain -- elearning from home, online work from home, everything from home continued as there was still no vaccine. So, we decided to live a little. I got my daughter an American Girl doll and outfits from the official site (off topic, won't post pics of her doll 😉). She got me a Pullip Sherbet. Sherbet is so unique, so cute, and so beautiful!! 😍 I am very thankful that we share the same hobby 💓
Cinnamon Roll My Second Pullip
Soon after getting Kagezakura, I got curious and searched for more Pullip dolls online. Wow there were so many of them! Cinnamon Roll's beautiful brows caught my eye. So here she is!
However, her white wig, though cute, had too much of her beige scalp exposed (at the time I didn't know that was normal). As a result, I sold her white wig and got her a long blonde wig. Love the way she looks!

My Very First Pullip Doll Kagezakura
The revival of my doll hobby all started at the beginning of the pandemic when everyone was stuck at home (I was into BJDs a long time ago but only had a couple of them back then for not having the means to buy more) -- worked online from home, schooled from home via Zoom and Canvas, even bought groceries from home... There was practically nothing else to do, no other entertainment at all (we're not into watching TV). So, we at first got into neighborhood walking/biking and driveway chalk art, then art and craft, and then, one day I was tidying up a closet and found two factory Blythe dolls that I bought years and years ago on a whim, not knowing that they were not genuine. I really didn't like the head being too big and went online to search for a more proportional body for them. Then, I learned that actually they were NOT considered ugly, but in fact is a genre of fashion dolls characterized by their big heads. LOL. Cool! As I dug further into the world of big head fashion dolls, I discovered Pullip dolls. Frankly, aesthetically, they looked much more pleasing at the time to my unaccustomed eyes :D So, I temporarily ditched the idea of getting a larger/plumper body and bought Kagezakura, my first ever (stock) Pullip, ever. Loved her to pieces and still do! 😁😍💓
At the time, I thought I'd just buy this one doll, have fun with her, and be done with it. BUT... LOL as doll lovers go, I started from here on and never stopped ;) Not only have I become a collector, but also would I get into customization! Love it and enjoy it! 😸
